About Rhoda

rhoda_2005.jpgRhoda Mitchell, the founder and president of New Leaves, Inc., has over twenty years experience in career counseling, achievement coaching and human relations coaching and training. She has a Masters Degree (M.Ed.) in Counselor Education from the University of Southern Maine and a strong background in human relations, communication skills, personal management skills and conflict management. Because of the diversity of her background and experience, she is able to bring insight and practical solutions to a wide variety of career and work problems.

Her clients are people of all ages and circumstances. They include individuals working at professional and entry levels, students, career changers, executives and managers, business owners and individuals from a great variety of work backgrounds and industries. In addition to personal coaching, Rhoda works with executives, managers and business owners to improve interpersonal relations and the productivity of their employees.

Rhoda is a popular trainer and speaker, providing motivational talks and practical seminars on topics related to life and work achievement. She is also trained as a Dale Carnegie instructor.
